Registration fees are applicable according to the participant category and are payable upon acceptance for presenters.
Submission of abstracts and proposals is free of charge.
Registration fees are payable only upon acceptance of the submitted abstract or proposal. Accepted presenters will receive official acceptance notifications with their applicable registration category, payment instructions and registration deadline.
Registration for non-presenting participants will open in December 2026. The registration process and further details will be announced on the official symposium website and communication channels.
Registration fees are waived for invited keynote speakers, featured speakers, and officially invited artists or panelists, subject to organizing committee approval.
The applicable registration fee is payable by each participating presenter individually.
Registration is confirmed upon verification of payment.
