I'm Tanzeel Hassan. Studying Linguistics at UMT has been an engaging and practical experience, supported by dedicated faculty and a motivating learning environment. My time here has helped me grow both academically and personally, making my journey truly rewarding.

I am a student of English Literature at the University of Management and Technology (UMT), where I have truly enjoyed being part of an academically vibrant and supportive environment. What I love most about studying at UMT is its student-centered learning culture, encouraging critical thinking, open discussion, and intellectual independence. UMT has helped me grow both academically and personally by sharpening my analytical skills, strengthening my confidence in expressing ideas, and exposing me to diverse perspectives through literature and classroom dialogue. One of the highlights of my journey so far has been engaging in in-depth literary analyses and research-based assignments, which have deepened my understanding of culture, society, and human experience. Through my program, I have gained strong skills in critical analysis, academic writing, research, communication, and interpretation, which I am excited to apply in my future career in education, research, content creation, or related professional fields.

My name is Ambreen Ali and I am currently enrolled in the 6th semester of English Literature at the University of Management and Technology. What I value most about UMT is the genuine support and approachability of its faculty, who consistently guide and encourage students beyond the classroom. Being part of the English Department has been especially enriching, with platforms like the Literary Carnival allowing us to explore literature creatively and confidently. UMT has played an important role in shaping me both academically and personally from refining my writing skills and engaging me in poetry, short story writing, drama, and theatre, to hosting seminars on mental health and personal growth that truly resonate with students.
