I have worked at Kinnaird College for Women from 2002 till 2019 and I resigned as an Assistant professor in August 2019 in order to peruse my PhD from the University of Management and technology Lahore. I was appointed as the Head of Applied Linguistics Department at Kinnaird from 2010 till 2019. My biggest achievement is being part of the committee for launching the BS linguistics program at Kinnaird College. During my tenure at KC I worked for the Najum-ud-Din Dramatics society, Program for Women’s Improvement, PWI center, Charity and Discipline committee. In 2017 I initiated and got an MOU signed between Kinnaird and the University of Ljubljana Slovenia. In addition to my permanent work status at KC, I have also worked at Imperial College Lahore, National University FAST Lahore, Beacon House National University Lahore and the University of Central Punjab and The University of Punjab as an adjunct faculty.
